These Terms apply to all website enquiries, quotations, orders and purchases from Derasta Sp.zoo., located at ul. Solipska 3/5, 02-482 Warszawa, Poland. By placing an order or requesting a quotation, the Buyer agrees to these Terms.  

Derasta supplies bottled gases, gas cylinders, regulators, accessories and related commercial solutions. Product images and descriptions are for guidance, and all products are subject to availability, verification and applicable legal restrictions. 

Buyers must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information and have authority to purchase on behalf of their business. Derasta may request identification, company details, VAT information or proof of intended product use before accepting an order. 

All gases must be used only for lawful commercial, culinary, medical or industrial purposes for which they are approved. Nitrous oxide and other gases must not be inhaled, misused recreationally, supplied to minors or resold where misuse is suspected. Derasta may refuse or report suspicious orders 

An enquiry or quotation does not create a confirmed order. An order is accepted only after Derasta confirms availability, price, payment and delivery terms. Prices may exclude VAT, delivery, customs duties, deposits and handling charges. Payment must be made according to the quotation or invoice. 

Delivery times are estimates unless guaranteed in writing. Buyers must provide accurate delivery information and are responsible for receiving, unloading and safely storing products. Where applicable, the Buyer is responsible for customs clearance, import licences, taxes and compliance in the destination country. 

Products must be inspected upon delivery. Damage, shortages or incorrect goods should be reported promptly with photographs and order details. Returns require prior written approval and may be refused for opened, used, connected or improperly stored gas products. Valid manufacturing defects may qualify for repair, replacement or refund. 

Buyers must follow product labels, Safety Data Sheets and relevant transport and storage regulations. Cylinders must be secured, stored in ventilated areas, protected from heat and handled only by trained personnel using compatible equipment.  

Derasta is not responsible for loss, injury or damage caused by misuse, inhalation, unsafe storage, unauthorised resale, incompatible equipment or failure to follow instructions. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to repairing, replacing or refunding the affected product. The Buyer is responsible for claims or penalties caused by their unlawful conduct. 

Personal data is processed under Derasta’s Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR requirements. These Terms are governed by Polish law, subject to any mandatory rights that apply. Questions may be sent to info@derasta.pl or +48 665 930 686.
